01 THEME
Artistic Research & Transformation
We are looking for works that understand artistic practice as a form of research and that make visible processes of social or aesthetic transformation.
02 PRIZE MONEY
1st Prize · €3,000
This prize money may be shared.
03 ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to art students as well as to graduates whose degree was completed no more than five years ago.
Both individuals and teams are eligible to participate.
04 SUBMITTED WORKS
Only one work may be submitted per person or team.
It should be of recent date.
It may already have been realized and/or may be realized and presented — with the help of the prize money — as part of an exhibition or performance.
The work must not have already received a public prize.
AI-generated elements must be declared as such.
The competition is open to the full range of creative forms of expression.
Winning works will be presented online.
Works that are not awarded a prize may also be presented.
Depending on the type of work, further exhibition opportunities will be sought.
Any further use will be arranged by mutual agreement.

02 Proof of eligibility (see item 06)
03 Information about the participant(s) (max. 1 page per person; for larger teams, max. 3 pages)
04 Description of the work, with text and images (max. 3 pages)
06 REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
— Current certificate of enrollment (for students)
— Degree certificate or equivalent proof (for graduates). The document must show the date of graduation.

07 COPYRIGHT
The submitted work must be the property of the artist.
Participants are the authors/creators within the meaning of copyright law.
The association may publish contributions on its website and as part of its competition communications.
The works remain the property of the applicants even if a prize is awarded.
In the event of false information, i.ART e. V. reserves the right to withhold the prize.
08 JURY
The jury consists of board members of i.ART e. V.
All participants accept the jury's decision as final.
Participants will be notified starting March 31, 2027.
Legal recourse is excluded.
